Master Batches Compounds

Polymers are blended with a variety of additives and colorants to impart specific physical, thermal, electrical, or aesthetic properties by the compounding process. Masterbatches for polymeric compounds are formed by three components, including the base polymer, additive, and dispersant. Masterbatch additives may contain pigments, chemical additives, or mineral fillers that are added to the base polymer for coloring, improvement of properties, and cost reduction.

Masterbatch is a granule form of chemical powder used during plastic production, which gives other properties such as color, odor, and antigas, which are intended to be added to the plastic. The mixture is formed by a mixture of polymers and organic or inorganic pigments. The customer adds this granule to its raw material. It has a cost-lowering effect.
